Elders & Deacons

The elders of Redeemer Bible Church seek to provide clarity regarding the doctrine of the church. God’s design for the church involves capable leadership under the authority of God’s Word and through the prompting of His Spirit. The Bible provides qualifications for two positions of leadership within the church: elders and deacons. The goal of this paper is to provide the Biblical foundation and the specific application of this position here at Redeemer.
